• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the U.S.
• Shipping Locations: We currently ship only within the U.S.

Exchange Policy (No Returns or Refunds)
We do not offer refunds. We only accept exchanges for the following reasons:
1. The item arrived damaged or defective.
2. You received the wrong size.
Exchange Requirements:
• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• We do not accept exchanges for buyer’s remorse or preference changes.

Final Sale Items
Certain items (such as clearance or limited-edition releases) may be marked as final sale and cannot be exchanged.
